Leviticus 27:11-13

¹¹ If what has been vowed is any kind of unclean livestock, which may not be presented as an offering to the Lord, he shall present the animal before the priest ¹² so that the priest may assess it. Whatever value is set by the priest, whether high or low, will be binding. ¹³ But if he does indeed redeem it, he must add one-fifth to its value.
